Body Types - Free Video
The Body Types download is a brief introduction on the four main body structures: Military, Flat Black, Sway Back and Kyphosis-Lordosis. Knowing your body structure is vital to learning how to exercise correctly so your body will become leaner, stronger and more resistant to injury. In Body Types you will see real life representations of the four body structures. Linda will show you how each incorrect structure puts undue stress on certain points of the body while making it difficult to fully access the core muscles. She will then give step-by-step corrections for each body type to relieve these stress points and bring you closer to an ideal structure.
