About Taylor Wellness Arts

At Taylor Wellness Arts, we take a truly holistic approach to wellness, “Taylor’d” to the individual. The medical and fitness worlds have become too compartmentalized. We go about our lives seeing a host of doctors, therapists, nutritionists, etc. who each prescribe a health regimen with disregard to how these plans affect each other. Every expert looks at one part of you but never sees the complete individual. Worse yet, much of the information provided comes from mass-produced programs that do not take into account your individual differences and needs. The result is contradictory information that leaves you feeling frustrated, your needs unmet and your voice not heard.
